Terms of Service

Studio — the Sosana service at sosana.studio, including the web app and the API. Operator — Sosana, which runs the service. User, you — anyone who signs in to the studio or calls the API with a key issued from your account. Run — a single AI presentation generation. Credits — the internal unit you spend on a run. Content — prompts, uploaded files and outputs of your runs.

The studio lets you generate presentations using AI models running on the upstream Sosana.art API. The available models, their parameters and their cost in credits may change as the underlying models evolve. The operator may add, change or remove features at any time.

You sign in with a Google account, or call the API with a key issued from your account. Credits are purchased in packages and spent per run; the cost of a run is shown before you start it.

Runs that fail or are rejected by the model's content policy are refunded automatically to the same balance. Other purchases of credits are non-refundable except where the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

You agree to use the studio lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the studio to produce or distribute illegal content; sexual content involving minors; content targeting a private person without consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes; content designed to defraud, harass, blackmail or impersonate; malware; or material that infringes third-party rights.

You must not scrape the studio, bypass rate limits, share API keys publicly, or attempt to access systems beyond the public interface. Any action performed from your account or with your API key is considered your action — keep both secure.

We may moderate, throttle or remove any run, suspend accounts and revoke API keys when these Terms are violated or when the upstream provider requires it, with or without prior notice. We are not obliged to pre-moderate runs but reserve the right to do so.

We may update these Terms; continued use of the studio after an update means you accept the latest version.

The studio's site, design, code, brand and documentation belong to the operator. Content you create through the studio belongs to you, to the extent the upstream model's licence allows, including the right to use it commercially.

By using the studio you grant the operator a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, cache and process your content for the purpose of operating, securing and improving the service.

The studio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will match your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific upstream model will remain available. We are not liable for temporary outages, inaccuracies in AI output, content on third-party sites linked from the studio, or decisions you make based on a run.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the studio is limited to the credits remaining on your account at the time of the claim.

How we collect and process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Card data is handled by the payment provider; we receive only an order status and reference. AI-generated text shown alongside a run is produced by models and is not an official communication from the operator.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. The Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. By using the studio you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
